Home is a solo acoustic guitar album by Joshua Parker. It features influences from jazz, folk and classical attributes.

This album was composed to try to put what "home" represents through music. Each song represents a different aspect of being home. Home can mean a lot of different things to people, however it is always a place where you should find comfort and love.

"Home" represents my roots growing up in rural Kentucky, but also having some jazz influences.

"Meditation Peace" represents the aspect of having a place where you can be at peace of mind and able to relax.

"Lullaby for a Delicate Flower" represents my twin sons, and to let them know that everything will always be alright.

"Despedida" was composed for my friends that I have met along my musical journey so far.

"Daydreamer" again goes back to my roots in rural Kentucky always dreaming about getting out to see other parts of the world and cultures.

"Waltz for Emily" was composed for the wonderful mother of my children. I am immensely lucky and fortunate to have her love and for her to be my partner and support.

"Memories" was composed as a reminder to always look back at the memories that you have created along the way.

The album cover was also taken at my home in Kentucky by Emily, and the back cover of the physical CD is from the farm that I grew up on.
